Application of Increasing PID Controlling Method in Temperature Controlling System

Temperature control is widely applied in scientific experiments and industrial processes.However,the temperature control system has characteristics of being nonlinear,time-varying and has hysteretic complicated large inertial system,and the effect of control is closely related to the algorithms adopted.In this paper,an experimental temperature control system is developed to meet the requirement of innovative ability training for mechatronic undergraduates.An increasing PID control algorithm is designed.The experimental results prove that the effect of the designed algorithm is better than the traditional PID algorithm.

Application of ANSYS to Reinforced Concrete Beam

In this article,taking features of reinforced concrete into account ,FEM software of ANSYS was used to calculate the beam' s deformation and the stress and strain of the normal section.At last,the answers to ANSYS(crack length,stress of reinforc-ing bar and concrete)and theoretical answers were compared in search of reasons and ways or measures that can amend it.

Research Status of the Bond - slip between Reinforcing Steel Bar and Concrete

Many researchers have been devoting themselves to the study of the bond - slip between reinforcing steel bar and concrete . However, because of the complexity of the transferring - force on the interface between them, a number of factors and different tests and diverse surveys have led to sporadic experimental data, so we haven' t had any uniform formula up to the present. In this paper, external and internal research status of the tests, the constitutive relationship and FEM analysis are discussed briefly one by one.

The Photoluminescence Spectra and the Energy Level of ZnO Thin Films

In this paper, some photoluminescence spectra of ZnO thin films are compared with the energy level as has been worked out with the full - potential linear muffin - tin orbital method (FP - LMTO) . The paper concludes that the emission of the red light is rekted to oxygen vacancies and zinc intervals, while that of the green and the blue light to zinc intervals and zinc vacancies a well as oxygen vacancies.
